She is a Fashion Design Lecturer and Student Project Coordinator at ESMOD Jakarta, where she has been involved in fashion education since 2016. Prior to joining ESMOD Jakarta, she gained professional experience as an Assistant Designer in bridal, also Creative Manager & Product Designer in the ready-to-wear industry, working across design development, product design, and creative management. Her experience included assisting in fashion shows and gala events, as well as contributing to the development and preparation of gowns for Miss Indonesia finalists. At ESMOD Jakarta, she teaches across Fashion Design and Fashion Creative Business programmes, covering areas from creative development and advance design specialization to fashion design strategy, digital design, and fashion trend and forecasting. Beyond the classroom, she mentors and supervises students participating in national and international competitions, including You C-1000 Fashion Design Competition, IYFDC, Mizora, LPM, and the Pet Wear Design Competition with Clawset. Several students under her mentorship have achieved competition wins and recognitions. She also represents ESMOD Jakarta through external collaborations and contributes to fashion styling workshops and training programmes for schools and corporate organisations. Through these activities, she brings fashion education beyond the classroom and engages with different audiences through styling, design, creative development, and fashion-related knowledge.

TATANG KHALID MAWARDI, lecturer at ESMOD Jakarta. Studied Undergraduate program at the Bandung School of Textile Technology, major in Textile Engineering (2000), then continued postgraduate education at Jakarta Institute of Arts/IKJ (2018), major in Arts Study. At this moment I am doing Ph.D in Arts Education at Semarang State University. Experience, for approximately twelve years, in the national textile industry with types of work related to textile planning and quality control. Interest and actively doing academic research in the study of Indonesian fabrics.
